AB Positive leans into Agile software development as our set of principles for software development in which requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.
AB Positive promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change. Agile itself has never defined any specific methods to achieve this, but AB Positive has grown up as a result and has been recognized as being ‘Agile’.

Change Is embraced & is constantly refined and reprioritized within the overall product backlog and client is not required to have perfectly specified solution knowledge at development start.

We embrace feedback, so we can deliver greater value to our customer and continually engage to ensure improvement take place between client and AB Positive.
